When searching for red I found myself making connections between other objects within our location that weren’t necessarily red. At our first stop I noticed an abundance of grates and holes so decided to document our four areas through this subject matter. In order to bring my self into the collection I shot the photos through my hand which gave them an almost pinhole quality referencing the idea of viewing and collecting.
